Your Surroundings
The following security principles should be followed with reference to your surroundings:
- Be aware of your surroundings when you are discussing sensitive business matter, as others may be listening, especially in public areas
- Do not view sensitive information on your laptop/desktop pc in a public environment where the data could be overlooked (on a train, plane, bus, busy cafe etc.)
- Do not have business conversations in crowded areas as you do not know who is listening
