Access Cards / Key Fobs

The following security principles should be followed with reference to your access cards / key fobs.

• Do not lend your access key, fob or card to anyone, even if you know them, as you are responsible for them and they are registered to you specifically
• Keep access keys, fobs or cards on your person at all times
• Keep access keys, fobs or cards out of sight, do NOT leave on a desk
• Do not keep them with the building address or anything that identifies what they are for
• If you lose your key, card or fob, inform your manager/and or head of security and report as an ISMS incident immediately
