Cyber Essentials
Cyber Essentials was launched in 2014 to help organisations protect themselves against common cyber threats. This is a UK government backed scheme through the National Cyber Security Centre (part of GCHQ) and is mandatory for the supply chain such as the Ministry of Defence. Cyber Essentials Basic is a pre-requisite for Cyber Essentials Plus.

Both Basic and Plus certifications help mitigate against common cyber threats, covering phishing, hacking and password guessing. They’re applicable to organisations of all sizes in all sectors.
